Importing testimonials from various sources is a breeze with VideoTestimonials. Here's how you can import testimonials from social media, review sites, and more.
Import Methods Overview
The Import page has five tabs you'll see at the top:
- Social Media โ paste a post URL from Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the other social platforms listed under Auto-discovered.
- Reviews & Other โ Google Reviews, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Yelp, Amazon, App Store, Google Play, Product Hunt, Reddit, YouTube, and many more review sites. An Any URL option is the fallback for anything else.
- Auto-Import โ connect a review source URL that the system re-scrapes daily or weekly.
- Manual โ CSV bulk upload and single-testimonial entry, including screengrab OCR.
- History โ review every past import, re-run, or see error details.
