Review your import history

Every import you run is logged โ€” see what was pulled, when, and re-run any import in one click.

VideoTestimonials keeps a log of every import you run. Use the History tab to see past imports, troubleshoot failed ones, and delete records you no longer need.

View your history

  1. Go to Dashboard โ†’ Import โ†’ History.
  2. A chronological list shows every import โ€” social posts, review-site scrapes, and CSV uploads.

Each row shows:

  • Platform icon
  • Status badge โ€” Processing, Completed, Failed, or Cancelled
  • When it ran
  • Number of testimonials imported
  • A delete button (trash icon) to remove the record from the log

Failed rows show the error reason inline so you can decide whether to retry by running a fresh import from the same source.

Retrying a failed import

There's no in-place retry button. To try again, go back to the relevant tab (Social Media / Reviews & Other / Auto-Import / Manual) and kick off a new import with the same URL. Fixes between attempts are up to you โ€” adjusting the URL, waiting out a rate limit, switching platforms.

Deleting a record

The trash icon on each row deletes just the history entry. It does not delete the testimonials that were imported.
