Import testimonials from Facebook

Facebook is not currently available as a dedicated button in the import UI. Use the Manual screengrab workflow or the Any URL option instead.

Facebook import is not currently available as a dedicated button in the import UI. The Social Media tab covers Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. For Facebook posts, use one of these workarounds:

Workaround 1: Manual screengrab (best for most Facebook content)

  1. Go to Dashboard โ†’ Import โ†’ Manual.
  2. Take a screenshot of the Facebook post, comment, or review.
  3. Upload the image โ€” we run OCR and extract the quote. See Manual screengrab import.

Workaround 2: Any URL

If the Facebook post is fully public and has a clean URL, try the Any URL option:

  1. Go to Dashboard โ†’ Import โ†’ Reviews & Other.
  2. Pick Any URL and paste the Facebook post URL.
  3. Click Import. Results depend on the post's public visibility and Facebook's rate limits.

Private or restricted content

Anything behind a login wall or inside a private group can't be scraped. Fall back to a screenshot.

Why isn't Facebook a dedicated button?

Facebook's login-wall and rate-limiting make reliable public scraping difficult. We may ship a dedicated button later; for now the screengrab workflow is the most dependable path.
