Facebook import is not currently available as a dedicated button in the import UI. The Social Media tab covers Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. For Facebook posts, use one of these workarounds:
Workaround 1: Manual screengrab (best for most Facebook content)
- Go to Dashboard โ Import โ Manual.
- Take a screenshot of the Facebook post, comment, or review.
- Upload the image โ we run OCR and extract the quote. See Manual screengrab import.
Workaround 2: Any URL
If the Facebook post is fully public and has a clean URL, try the Any URL option:
- Go to Dashboard โ Import โ Reviews & Other.
- Pick Any URL and paste the Facebook post URL.
- Click Import. Results depend on the post's public visibility and Facebook's rate limits.
Private or restricted content
Anything behind a login wall or inside a private group can't be scraped. Fall back to a screenshot.
Why isn't Facebook a dedicated button?
Facebook's login-wall and rate-limiting make reliable public scraping difficult. We may ship a dedicated button later; for now the screengrab workflow is the most dependable path.
