Sharing Your Collection Link
Once you've created your collection, sharing it with your audience is easy! Follow these steps to get your collection link and share it effectively.
Step 1: Access Your Collection
- Log in to your VideoTestimonials account at https://app.videotestimonials.video.
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Select the collection you want to share from your list of forms.
Step 2: Get Your Collection Link
- In the form editor, click the Trigger tab at the top. Two share surfaces live there — Share Link (the public URL) and Website Embed (an iframe snippet).
- Click the copy icon next to the Share Link URL to copy your collection link.
Step 3: Share Your Link
You can share your collection link in several ways:
- Via Email: Copy the link and paste it into an email to send to your customers or audience.
- On Social Media: Share the link directly on your social media platforms. You can create a post or story to encourage engagement.
- Embed on Your Website: If you want to embed the collection on your website, copy the provided embed code and paste it into your website's HTML.
Step 4: Monitor Responses
After sharing your link, keep an eye on the responses you receive. You can check the submissions directly in your VideoTestimonials dashboard.
Tips for Effective Sharing
- Personalize Your Message: When sharing via email or social media, include a personal message explaining the benefits of leaving a testimonial.
- Use Call-to-Actions: Encourage your audience to participate by using clear call-to-actions like "Share your experience!" or "Help us improve!"
- Track Engagement: Use tracking links if possible to see how many people are clicking on your collection link.
