Tips for Effective Custom Questions

  • Be Clear and Concise: Ensure that your questions are easy to understand.
  • Limit the Number of Questions: Too many questions can overwhelm respondents. Focus on what’s most important.
  • Use Different Question Types: Mix short text with dropdown or Yes/No to keep the form engaging.

By following these steps, you can effectively gather the specific feedback you need from your customers through custom questions.
