Collaboration is part of the job — marketing approves testimonials, sales asks for them, and leadership wants to see the data. Add teammates to your VideoTestimonials workspace and give each the right level of access.
Invite a teammate
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team.
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their email address and pick a role.
- Click Send invite. They receive an email with a magic link to join.
Invites expire after 7 days. If the link expires before they accept, resend from the same page.
Roles
- Owner — the user who created the workspace. Full access including billing, domain settings, and team management. Only one owner per workspace; cannot be removed from the team page.
- Admin — can create and edit spaces, forms, testimonials, run imports, and publish widgets. Cannot change billing or transfer ownership.
- Viewer — read-only access to dashboards, testimonials, and analytics. Cannot approve, publish, or edit.
You can change a teammate's role any time from the team list. Changes take effect immediately.
Remove a teammate
Click the Remove button next to their name in the team list. They lose access immediately and their API keys (if any) are revoked.
Team seat limits
Each paid plan includes a set number of seats. Check Settings → Billing for your current seat count. To add more seats, upgrade your plan or contact support.
