To cancel your subscription with VideoTestimonials, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process and understand what happens to your data.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Billing at https://app.videotestimonials.video/dashboard/settings/billing.

  1. Click Invoices & Billing to open the Paddle billing portal.

  2. In the portal, click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

After cancelling, your access continues through the end of the current billing period โ€” you won't be charged again.

What happens to your data

Your testimonials, forms, walls, and integrations stay in place. If you re-subscribe later, everything continues from where you left off. If you want your data permanently deleted, contact support after cancelling.
