VideoTestimonials offers four plans to fit different needs:
- Free — $0/month. 20 text + 10 video testimonials, 1 space, 50 emails total, CSV import (50 rows).
- Starter — $24/month. Unlimited testimonials, 3 spaces, 300 emails/month, custom subdomain, and Remove branding.
- Pro — $49/month. 10 spaces, 2,000 emails/month, AI transcription & highlights, 3 team seats, API & Webhooks, auto-sync Google Reviews.
- Business — $79/month. Unlimited spaces, 10,000 emails/month, 10 team seats, Custom Domains, advanced AI features, HubSpot + Salesforce CRM sync, and an onboarding call.
Each plan's exact limits (text testimonial count, video testimonials, team seats, web imports, email sends, etc.) are shown on the billing page when you sign in.
7-day free trial
All three paid tiers include a 7-day free trial on the monthly billing cycle. Pick any paid tier, enter your card details, and you get full access for 7 days before the first charge.
- One trial per account, ever. If you used it on Starter, you can't start another trial on Pro — though you can upgrade between tiers at any time (just without a fresh trial).
- Credit card required at signup — Paddle authorizes the card but doesn't charge until day 8.
- Cancel anytime during the trial from Settings → Billing and you won't be charged.
- Yearly tiers don't include a trial. The yearly discount (roughly 17% off) is the incentive to commit up front.
- Credit packs (AI Video Credits) are one-time purchases and are never trialed.
How to view your current plan
- Go to Settings → Billing at https://app.videotestimonials.video/dashboard/settings/billing.
- Your current plan, usage bars, and limits appear at the top.
