Change your password
We use a secure email-based reset flow for password changes.
- Sign out of your VideoTestimonials account.
- On the login page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter your account email and click Send reset link.
- Open the email we send you and click the reset link.
- Enter a new password and confirm. You're signed back in automatically.
If you're already logged in and want to rotate your password, use the same flow โ sign out first.
Change your account email
Email changes aren't currently self-serve. Contact support from your current email and we'll update it for you โ usually within 24 hours.
