How to import Capterra reviews
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other.
- Paste your Capterra product URL, for example
https://www.capterra.com/p/123456/your-product/. - Click Import.
A note on how this works
Capterra is protected by Cloudflare and blocks direct scraping. Capterra is owned by Gartner, which also owns GetApp — the two sites share the same review database. Our scraper detects a Capterra URL, extracts the product slug, and fetches the identical reviews from GetApp instead. You get the same data with no interruption.
If the GetApp lookup fails (rare), we fall back to our universal scraper with a CAPTCHA-proof proxy.
