Generate case studies

You can easily generate a case study from a testimonial using our AI feature, allowing you to showcase your customer success stories effectively.

Prerequisites

• Business plan — case-study generation is a Business-tier AI feature.
• A testimonial with text content. Video testimonials need a transcript before a case study can be generated.

Steps

1. Log in and open Dashboard → Overview in the space that has the testimonial.
2. Click the testimonial to open its detail page.
3. Click the Case Studies tab at the top of the detail view.
4. If no case study exists yet, click Create case study. To generate another, click the generate button in the top-right of the tab.
5. The AI produces a case study from the testimonial. It appears in the case-study list below.
6. Click any row to view the case study. Use the trash icon to delete a case study you don't want to keep.

Troubleshooting

• If generation fails, the testimonial may not have enough text. Edit the testimonial to add more content, or pick a longer one.
• If the generate button isn't visible, check your plan — the feature requires Business.
