How to create one
- Go to Dashboard → Studio → Social Videos and open the AI Video Creator.
- Pick a text testimonial (or paste custom text up to 800 characters).
- Pick a style — 60+ visual styles (Cinematic, Professional, Warm, etc.).
- Pick a voice — 10 curated voices across accents and tones. Preview each with a click.
- Pick a duration — 15, 30, or 60 seconds.
- Click Generate.
Rendering
Rendering takes 2-5 minutes depending on length. You'll get a notification (and an email) when it's ready. Find the output in the All Saved tab of your Studio hub.
Credits
AI video rendering uses monthly credits tied to your plan. Charges scale with video length (longer videos cost more). Check your credit balance at the top of the Studio page. Free tier includes a small number of credits per month; paid plans include more.
Ethical note on AI avatars
AI avatars can be persuasive. Best practice:
- Only use AI video for text testimonials the customer consented to.
- Add a subtle "AI-generated video based on a real review by [Customer Name]" label on your site when using AI avatars widely.
- For your most important case studies, real video from the real customer still wins on authenticity.
