The top-level Overview tab in each space shows all your testimonials. Once you have more than a few dozen, you need filters to find the right one fast. The advanced filter panel handles it.
Open the panel
Click the Filters button above the testimonial list. A side panel slides in from the right with every filter dimension we support.
Available filters
- Status — pending / approved / rejected / winners 🏆 (via the toolbar above the filter panel)
- Type — video / text
- Rating — range (1–5 stars), plus "has rating" toggle
- Tags — filter by selected tags
- Sentiment — positive / neutral / negative (from AI Insights)
- Has video — yes / no
- Has avatar — yes / no
- Has company logo — yes / no
- Has transcript — yes / no
- Has email — yes / no
- Has website — yes / no
- Favorites only — toggle to show only starred testimonials
- AI processed — yes / no (whether AI Insights has run)
- Word count — range filter
- Date received — preset ranges or custom picker
- Language — any language we've detected (useful for multilingual products)
Pick multiple values per filter — they combine with AND across dimensions and OR within a dimension.
Save a filter
Click Save as view at the bottom of the panel to save the current filter state as a named view. It appears in the Views dropdown above the list. Useful for recurring queries like "5-star video testimonials from the last 90 days, not yet on the Wall".
Reset
Click Clear all to drop all active filters and go back to the full list.
